By downloading or using REACTION ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game. REACTION is an offline, single-player narrative decision game, provided by an individual developer based in Turkey, trading as Avangart Labs.
Eligibility
The Game is rated 12+ and is not intended for anyone under 13.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to install and play the Game on devices you own or control. Except where the law expressly allows, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or reverse-engineer the Game or any part of it.
Intellectual property
All content in the Game, including text, art, audio, characters, and design, belongs to the developer (Avangart Labs) or its licensors and is protected by law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of these rights to you.
In-app purchases
The Game may offer optional in-app purchases, such as additional chapters. Purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Refund requests are handled by the relevant store, not by us. Prices and available items may change.
Store terms
Your use of the Game is also subject to the terms of the App Store or Google Play. On Apple devices, the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Game will run uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, and the courts of Turkey have jurisdiction. Any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live are reserved.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version and its effective date are shown on this page. For questions, contact support@avangartlabs.com.
REACTION'ı ("Oyun") indirerek veya kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul edersiniz. Kabul etmiyorsanız Oyun'u kullanmayın. REACTION, Türkiye'de yerleşik, Avangart Labs adıyla faaliyet gösteren bireysel bir geliştirici tarafından sunulan çevrimdışı ve tek oyunculu bir anlatı-karar oyunudur.
Uygunluk
Oyun 12+ olarak derecelendirilmiştir ve 13 yaşından küçükler için tasarlanmamıştır.
Lisans
Oyun'u sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz cihazlara kurmanız ve oynamanız için size kişisel, devredilemez ve ticari olmayan bir lisans veririz. Yasanın açıkça izin verdiği haller dışında Oyun'u veya herhangi bir parçasını kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, dağıtamaz, satamaz, kiralayamaz veya tersine mühendislik yapamazsınız.
Fikri mülkiyet
Metin, görsel, ses, karakter ve tasarım dahil Oyun'daki tüm içerik geliştiriciye (Avangart Labs) veya lisans verenlerine aittir ve yasayla korunur. Bu Koşullardaki hiçbir hüküm bu hakları size devretmez.
Uygulama içi satın almalar
Oyun, ek bölümler gibi isteğe bağlı uygulama içi satın almalar sunabilir. Satın almalar App Store veya Google Play tarafından işlenir ve onların koşullarına tabidir. İade talepleri bizim tarafımızdan değil, ilgili mağaza tarafından yürütülür. Fiyatlar ve sunulan ürünler değişebilir.
Mağaza koşulları
Oyun'u kullanımınız ayrıca App Store veya Google Play koşullarına tabidir. Apple cihazlarda, standart Apple Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi geçerlidir; Apple bu Koşulların üçüncü taraf lehdarıdır ve Koşulları size karşı uygulayabilir.
Reklamlar
Ücretsiz bölüm kişiselleştirilmemiş reklam gösterir. Ayrıntılar için Gizlilik Politikamıza bakın.
Sorumluluk reddi
Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde, Oyun hiçbir garanti verilmeksizin "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut haliyle" sunulur. Oyun'un kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz.
Sorumluluğun sınırlanması
Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde, Oyun'u kullanmanızdan doğan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu Koşullardaki hiçbir hüküm, yasa gereği sınırlanamayan sorumluluğu sınırlamaz.
Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu Koşullar Türkiye hukukuna tabidir ve Türkiye mahkemeleri yetkilidir. Bulunduğunuz yerde sahip olabileceğiniz emredici tüketici koruma haklarınız saklıdır.
Değişiklikler
Bu Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm ve yürürlük tarihi bu sayfada gösterilir. Sorularınız için support@avangartlabs.com adresine yazın.
