REACTION ("the Game", "we") is operated by an individual developer based in Turkey, trading as Avangart Labs. This policy covers both the REACTION mobile app (iOS and Android) and this website. For any privacy question, contact support@avangartlabs.com.
What data we process
REACTION does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email, or profile. We process a limited set of data:
- Advertising identifier (Advertising ID / IDFA / AAID): used to show ads.
- IP address: processed when ads are served, when a crash report is sent, and in website server logs.
- Crash and diagnostic data: device model, operating system version, and error information, sent when the app crashes.
- Purchase and entitlement data: if and when in-app purchases are offered, the store confirms your purchase so the Game can unlock the content. Payment details are handled by the App Store or Google Play and are never sent to us.
- On-device data: your settings, unlocked chapters, and progress are stored on your device only, and are not transmitted to us.
We collect this data automatically, through the app, its ad and crash-reporting components, and the website. We do not collect it through forms you fill in. We do not process special-category data such as health, biometric, or religious data.
Why we process it, and our legal basis
- Showing non-personalized ads. EEA/UK: your consent, given through the ad consent screen, or our legitimate interest. Turkey: your explicit consent or our legitimate interest.
- Crash and diagnostic reporting: our legitimate interest in keeping the Game stable.
- Verifying a purchase, when in-app purchases are offered: performance of a contract with you.
- Storing your settings and progress on your device: the functionality you ask for.
Where we rely on legitimate interest, it is to fund the free Game through ads and to keep it stable through diagnostics. You can object at any time.
Who receives your data
We use these service providers, who process data on our behalf: Google (Google AdMob) for ad serving, Sentry for crash and diagnostic reporting, Apple and Google for in-app purchase processing when purchases are offered, and Cloudflare for website hosting. We do not sell your data.
International transfers
These service providers are located in the United States, so your data may be transferred outside Turkey and the EEA. Google and Sentry are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, including its UK and Swiss extensions, and also rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. For transfers from Turkey we rely on these providers' own transfer safeguards. If you would like more detail on the mechanism that applies to a specific provider, contact us at the address above.
How long we keep it
We keep each category of data only as long as needed for the purpose above, or as required by law. Advertising and diagnostic data are kept for a limited period by the relevant service provider (Google, Sentry) under their own retention policies. On-device data stays until you delete the app or clear it in Settings.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Under the KVKK (Article 11) you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad, to request correction or deletion, to object to a result reached solely by automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage.
To use any of these rights, contact support@avangartlabs.com. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or to the data protection authority where you live in the EEA or UK.
Automated decisions
We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects. Ads are non-personalized.
Ads and local storage
The free chapter shows ads through Google AdMob. Ads are non-personalized: we do not use your data to track you across other apps or websites, and the app does not show an App Tracking Transparency prompt. To show ads, the ad service uses an advertising identifier and local storage on your device. In the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland we ask for your consent through a consent screen before this happens. You can reset your advertising identifier, or limit ad personalization, from your device settings at any time.
Children
REACTION is not directed to children and is not intended for anyone under 13. The Game's age rating is shown on its App Store and Google Play listings. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
The website
This website stores your language choice in your browser's local storage. This is functional and needs no consent. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP address. The site has no tracking cookies and no advertising.

We may update this policy. The current version and its effective date are shown on this page. Version 1.0.

Hangi verileri işliyoruz
REACTION bir hesap oluşturmanızı gerektirmez; adınızı, e-postanızı veya profil bilginizi istemez. Sınırlı bir veri kümesi işleriz:
- Reklam tanımlayıcısı (Advertising ID / IDFA / AAID): reklam göstermek için kullanılır.
- IP adresi: reklam sunulurken, çökme raporu gönderilirken ve web sitesi sunucu kayıtlarında işlenir.
- Çökme ve tanılama verisi: uygulama çöktüğünde gönderilen cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü ve hata bilgisi.
- Satın alma ve yetkilendirme verisi: uygulama içi satın alma sunulduğunda, mağaza satın almanızı doğrular ve Oyun ilgili içeriği açar. Ödeme bilgileriniz App Store veya Google Play tarafından işlenir ve bize hiçbir zaman iletilmez.
- Cihazdaki veri: ayarlarınız, açtığınız bölümler ve ilerlemeniz yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır ve bize aktarılmaz.
Bu verileri, doldurduğunuz formlarla değil; uygulama, uygulamanın reklam ve çökme raporlama bileşenleri ve web sitesi aracılığıyla otomatik olarak toplarız. Sağlık, biyometrik veya din gibi özel nitelikli veri işlemiyoruz.
Neden işliyoruz ve hukuki sebebimiz
- Kişiselleştirilmemiş reklam göstermek. AEA/BK: reklam onay ekranıyla verdiğiniz onay veya meşru menfaatimiz. Türkiye: açık rızanız veya meşru menfaatimiz.
- Çökme ve tanılama raporlaması: Oyunu kararlı tutmaktaki meşru menfaatimiz.
- Satın almayı doğrulamak, uygulama içi satın alma sunulduğunda: sizinle kurulan sözleşmenin ifası.
- Ayarlarınızı ve ilerlemenizi cihazınızda saklamak: talep ettiğiniz işlevsellik.
Meşru menfaate dayandığımız yerlerde bu, ücretsiz Oyun'u reklamlarla finanse etmek ve tanılama ile kararlı tutmaktır. Dilediğiniz an itiraz edebilirsiniz.
Verinizi kimler alır
Bizim adımıza veri işleyen şu hizmet sağlayıcıları kullanırız: reklam sunumu için Google (Google AdMob), çökme ve tanılama raporlaması için Sentry, satın alma sunulduğunda uygulama içi satın alma işleme için Apple ve Google, web sitesi barındırma için Cloudflare. Verinizi satmıyoruz.
Yurt dışına aktarım
Bu hizmet sağlayıcılar Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nde bulunur; bu nedenle verileriniz Türkiye ve AEA dışına aktarılabilir. Google ve Sentry, AB-ABD Veri Gizliliği Çerçevesi (Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre uzantıları dahil) kapsamında sertifikalıdır ve ayrıca Avrupa Komisyonu'nun Standart Sözleşme Hükümlerine dayanır. Türkiye'den yapılan aktarımlarda bu sağlayıcıların kendi aktarım güvencelerine dayanıyoruz. Belirli bir sağlayıcı için geçerli mekanizmanın ayrıntısını öğrenmek isterseniz yukarıdaki adresten bize ulaşabilirsiniz.
Ne kadar süre saklarız
Her veri kategorisini yalnızca yukarıdaki amaç için gereken süre kadar veya yasanın gerektirdiği kadar saklarız. Reklam ve tanılama verileri, ilgili hizmet sağlayıcı (Google, Sentry) tarafından kendi saklama politikaları uyarınca sınırlı bir süre tutulur. Cihazdaki veriler, siz uygulamayı silene veya Ayarlar'dan temizleyene kadar kalır.
Haklarınız
GDPR kapsamında; verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama ve taşınabilirlik, işlemeye itiraz etme ve rızanızı dilediğiniz an geri çekme hakkınız vardır. Ayrıca bir denetim makamına şikayette bulunma hakkınız vardır.
KVKK (Madde 11) kapsamında; kişisel verinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme, işlenme amacını öğrenme, yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme, yalnızca otomatik analizle çıkan bir sonuca itiraz etme ve zarara uğramanız halinde tazminat isteme hakkınız vardır.
Bu haklardan herhangi birini kullanmak için support@avangartlabs.com adresine yazın. Ayrıca Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'na (KVKK) veya AEA ya da BK'de bulunduğunuz yerdeki veri koruma makamına şikayette bulunabilirsiniz.
Otomatik kararlar
Hukuki veya benzer ölçüde önemli sonuç doğuran profilleme veya otomatik karar verme yapmıyoruz. Reklamlar kişiselleştirilmemiştir.
Reklamlar ve yerel depolama
Ücretsiz bölüm, Google AdMob üzerinden reklam gösterir. Reklamlar kişiselleştirilmemiştir: verinizi başka uygulama veya sitelerde sizi izlemek için kullanmayız ve uygulama bir İzleme Şeffaflığı (App Tracking Transparency) izni sormaz. Reklam göstermek için reklam hizmeti, cihazınızda bir reklam tanımlayıcısı ve yerel depolama kullanır. AEA, BK ve İsviçre'de bunu yapmadan önce bir onay ekranıyla rızanızı isteriz. Reklam tanımlayıcınızı dilediğiniz an sıfırlayabilir veya cihaz ayarlarınızdan reklam kişiselleştirmesini sınırlayabilirsiniz.
Çocuklar
REACTION çocuklara yönelik değildir ve 13 yaşından küçükler için tasarlanmamıştır. Oyunun yaş derecesi App Store ve Google Play sayfalarında belirtilir. 13 yaşından küçük çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamayız.
Web sitesi
Bu web sitesi, dil tercihinizi tarayıcınızın yerel depolamasında saklar. Bu işlevseldir ve onay gerektirmez. Barındırma sağlayıcısı, IP adresi dahil standart sunucu kayıtları tutar. Sitede izleme çerezi ve reklam yoktur.
